Yoga Instructors

JennyJenny Klossner, MA, RYT-500, IYASC has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1999. The practice transformed her life physically, mentally, and emotionally which is what motivated her to share this special gift of yoga with others. She received both the 200 and the 300 hour training from Yoga works. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 level.

Her classes are balanced as she focuses on proper alignment and intelligent sequencing. She teaches Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Stretch, and Arthritis Land Exercise classes. She is also a certified instructor for the Arthritis Foundation and is currently enrolled in the Yoga Therapy Rx Program at Loyola Marymount University. Her teaching is inspired by the profound benefits students express in many areas of their lives both on and off the mat.

Dr. Natalie Sampson graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1998 from the University of Southern California (USC) with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She then gained acceptance into the country’s top rated Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, at the USC Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy, earning her Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003.

Her extensive education and experience have provided a strong foundation from which to address many areas of physical therapy including pediatric and neurology. The core approach is rooted in orthopedic physical therapy. This specialty encompasses the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, pre-operative and post-operative treatment of the spine and extremities, as well as sports related injuries.

Dr. Sampson uses a one-on-one treatment style during physical therapy. This allows her to directly monitor the patient’s progress, as well as provide feedback and patient education, all geared toward facilitating long-term success.

This personalized approach is just one of the ways that keeps Symmetry at the forefront of the rapidly growing area of health and wellness. Dr. Sampson is also working to help redefine the practice of physical therapy through her multidisciplinary approach. Symmetry represents her vision of bringing together physical therapy, pilates, yoga and massage in any combination that works best to meet the goals of the individual. As patient progress is made in physical therapy, a transition can be made into any, or all, of the other services for continued maintenance and prevention. When the patient continues on after physical therapy, they will still have access to Dr. Sampson should any questions or concerns arise during their ongoing progress.

Dr. Sampson is committed to not only keeping current in her chosen field, but strives to stay on the cutting edge. She continues to provide her patients with the most advanced treatments available that have been proven safe and effective.
